SAFETY

It is vital that people feel safe to explore their addiction in a non-threatening and open environment. Commitment to being a member of Littledale Hall means you implicitly agree to keep the following rules:

staying safe - no violence or threats of violence to self (self harm) others or property

staying safe - no contact with relatives or friends that use illegal drugs, are addicted to alcohol or are currently or recently involved with the Criminal Justice System

being honest (no stealing of any kind)

being alcohol and drug free (other than use of medication prescribed by a GP or other medical practitioner)

actively participating in all aspects of programme delivery.

Anyone who doesn't work to ensure the community is safe for everyone will be asked to account for their behaviour to the rest of the community. Potentially, a resident may be asked to leave if their behaviour is serious enough or persistent enough to warrant this (e.g. because it has placed the whole community at risk).
