Staff at LHTC recognise that people volunteer for different reasons.
We believe the following definition offers a good summary of what we think volunteering is about: volunteering is:

"..an activity that involves spending time, unpaid, doing something that aims to benefit the environment or individuals or groups other than (or in addition to) close relatives."

LHTC offers a range of volunteering opportunities including: treatment support; driving and administrative roles. We provide interesting volunteer opportunities, induction, support and supervision for volunteers. In return we hope you can offer your commitment and skills to the project.
